These terms govern access to and use of Sabor360, including website services, reservation tools, call workflows, guest CRM, messaging features, and related software.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining lawful communications with guests, and ensuring that all menu, operating, reservation, and contact data shown through Sabor360 remains current.

6. Intellectual property

Sabor360 retains all rights in the software, branding, workflows, and product materials, except for customer-provided content and data that remains the property of the customer or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabor360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
